Some fading might be expected for the cotton items but the bamboo should not fade.

Yes.  Our T-shirts, body suits and sleepers are made from GOTS certified 100% organic cotton, free from harmful chemicals like pesticides, heavy metals, and GMOs and colored with Azo-free, non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes.  Our bamboo rompers are gentle on sensitive skin and perfect for everyday wear.

Use the Large Roadie for diapers, wipes, and bulkier essentials, and the Medium Roadie for the smaller things that always get lost.The Jumbo Tote bag can hold it all!

Our bags are wipeable + water-resistant for everyday messes.

The Jumbo Tote has an interior zip pocket for valuables and a slip pocket for things you need to grab fast, plus a front exterior slip pocket so your phone or keys are always within reach.

The Medium and Large Roadies both have an interior slip pocket to keep the smallest items from floating around, and the snap-open zipper tabs let the pouches open completely flat so you can see everything inside at once - no more fishing around at the bottom of your bag.

Where most moms land is using the Roadies as an organization system inside the Tote. The Large Roadie holds diapers, wipes, and the bulkier stuff. The Medium Roadie holds pacifiers, snacks, medicine, and the small things that always disappear. And the Tote holds everything else. When everything has a place, the whole bag stays under control.

All bottles are BPA free with silicone straws and safe for drinking. Our insulated bottles are also dishwasher safe (top rack only!) .  Unscrew the lid from the bottle and remove the silicone mouthpiece & straw, then place the components on the top rack.

Our insulated drink bottle is only leakproof when the push button lid is shut.  Liquid can leak from the small pressure hole and silicone mouthpiece when the lid is left open, and the bottle is tipped on an angle/upside down.  If it seems to be leaking when the push button lid is shut, please ensure all parts are inserted correctly by removing both the mouthpiece & straw from the lid and reinserting it to make sure the mouthpiece is pulled all the way through.

Yes.  You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

The Dapper Chill 12 oz Insulated Straw Water Bottle has triple-layer insulation and keeps drinks at the perfect temperature - keeps liquids cold for up to 8 hours or warm for up to 6 hours.

Baby’s First Pacifier 4 Pack and the Frigg 2 Packs are for ages 0-6 months.  The Frigg Silicone Pacifier 4 Pack Pacifiers are 6-18 months. The product title will show the ages to be used.

FRIGG silicone pacifiers are thoughtfully designed and made in Denmark for your baby's comfort and safety with an improved SilkySoft™ nipple made from medical grade silicone. Free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates and third-party tested to meet CPSIA, ASTM, and Prop 65 standards.

Place the pacifier in a bowl, and pour boiling water over top. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. Do not submerge for longer than 5 minutes. Remove and place on a flat surface to air dry. Do not use sterilizers, microwaves, or dishwashers. For optimal safety and hygiene, we recommend discarding your pacifier after 1-2 months of consistent use. Check your pacifier before use, and discard at first signs of damage or wear. Natural rubber pacifier nipples may expand with use.

Their naturally rounded nipple mimics the shape of a breast, making them easier for breastfed babies to accept, and the shield is designed to sit away from your baby's face for a more comfortable fit. On top of that, they're genuinely beautiful - soft, neutral designs that look great in photos and don't clash with every outfit.

Our mealtime collection is built from materials parents can trust. The Food & Fun First Feeding Set and Nordic Wave Bowl are made from 100% premium food-grade silicone, with the Wave Bowl also featuring a natural beech wood spoon. The Mushie Trainer Sippy Cup is made from BPA, BPS, PVC, and phthalate-free polypropylene. Our b.box water bottles use Tritan plastic (the 20 oz Flow) and triple-layer insulated construction (the 12 oz Chill), both BPA-free. The Mushie Long Sleeve Bib is water-resistant and designed to handle the messiest of meals without soaking through.

Yes, all of our mealtime products are designed with developmental stages in mind. The Food & Fun First Feeding Set is ideal for baby-led weaning, with a suction-base plate that stays put, easy-grip silicone utensils, and a dual-handle cup built for tiny learners. The Nordic Wave Bowl also features a suction base and a beech wood spoon gentle on gums, making it perfect for purees and first tastes. The Mushie Trainer Sippy Cup is recommended from 6 months and supports the transition from bottle to cup with easy-grip handles. Our b.box Sip Jr. is made specifically for babies moving beyond the sippy cup stage. The Long Sleeve Bib gives little ones the freedom to explore food without the mess landing on their clothes.

Most of our mealtime products are microwave safe. The Food & Fun First Feeding Set and the Nordic Wave Bowl silicone bowl are both microwave safe. Note that the beech wood spoon included with the Wave Bowl should be kept out of the microwave. The Mushie Trainer Sippy Cup is also microwave safe. Our b.box water bottles are not intended for microwave use. When in doubt, check the product page for specific care instructions.

The Mushie Hooded Towels and Bath Mitts are made from 100% organic cotton, which is free from harsh chemicals and safe for even the most delicate newborn skin. The Sealife Bath Toys are made from 100% food-grade silicone, which is non-toxic, BPA-free, and mold-resistant.

Yes. The hooded towels, bath mitts, and robes are all gentle enough for newborns from day one. The organic cotton is soft, absorbent, and non-irritating, making it ideal for babies with sensitive skin. The bath toys are recommended once your baby is ready for supervised water play.

The towels, mitts, and robes can be used at every bath time. For newborns, most pediatricians recommend 2 to 3 baths per week - daily bathing isn't necessary and can dry out delicate skin. As your baby gets older and more active, you can bathe them more frequently based on your routine.

Our bath products are made from materials that won't irritate sensitive skin. The 100% organic cotton towels and mitts are free from synthetic fibers, dyes, and harsh chemicals. If your baby has known skin sensitivities or eczema, organic cotton is one of the safest fabric choices you can make.

Yes! We offer embroidery personalization on select products. To see if a product can be personalized, simply click through to the individual product page and look for the embroidery option in the product details. If it's available, you'll be able to add your custom text right from there before adding to your cart.

Our current embroidery time to ship time is about 1-2 weeks.
